First of all I recommend my soul to God that gave it and m y body to the Earth to be buried ina Christian and decent manne r at the discretion of my executors. First I allow my dear wif e her proper meat, drink, washing and lodging fitting for her ou t of the profits of my Estate, both real and personal, during th e time of her remaining my widow and over and above I give to m y dear wife and to her disposal all and everything that we cal l house furniture. I, therefore, in His Majesty's Name, command you to apprehend an d inclose the said Mathew Young in prison until it appears tha t the said Bready is in a way of recovery and that he, the sai d Young, be discharged by the due course of the law. You are likewise to apprehend and incloseone John Walker, who a ppears to vindicate the above Young in his desired murder, &C. Given under my Hand and Seal, this First day of September 1747.
